We’re currently recruiting men aged between 30-65 to take part in a 12-week physical activity programme called EuroFIT (European Fans in Training) in selected parts of the UK.
EuroFIT aims to increase your physical activity levels, help you lose weight and improve your mental wellbeing. Using specially trained coaches, the EuroFIT programme will help you to figure out the best way to adjust your lifestyle, helping you get fitter and feel better.
Each session includes physical activity led by community coaches at sports facilities. You’ll train alongside other men like you and share tips and ideas on how to make positive changes in your everyday life.
