Final Details Revealed for Sustainability Seminar Hosted by British Association for Sustainable Sport
We are very pleased to announce full details for the afternoon sustainability seminar between 1.40 and 4.00pm to feature at the European Healthy Stadia Conference on 21st March at Etihad Stadium Manchester.
Sustainability, Sport and Health Seminar – in association with BASIS, the British Association for Sustainable Sport
BASIS seeks to share information, facilitate collaboration and integrate sustainable development principles into all aspects of professional and grass roots sport and to use the power of sport to educate the public about sustainability issues. In this session speakers will discuss a range of environmental, economic and social issues from reducing the carbon footprint of BBC Sport’s outside broadcast unit, the environmental management of Cardiff’s Millennium Stadium, through to the Aviva Stadium’s promotion of active travel routes. The session will conclude with a Q&A session.
