Beth Bradshaw

Food & Nutrition Lead

Beth is a Registered Associate Nutritionist (Association for Nutrition) and holds a BSc in Food and Nutrition and an MSc in Public Health Nutrition, both from Liverpool John Moores University.

Beth started volunteering at the Health Equalities Group in February 2016 during her studies and formally joined the organisation in October 2017 as a Project Officer. In 2021, she became a Project Manager with responsibility for a variety of projects, including running the communications for Food Active, co-ordinating bi-annual network meetings and the annual conference, leading on the GULP, Kind to Teeth and Food in Care project development and delivery, undertaking research and insight work, developing contacts and partnerships, using specialist knowledge to produce reports and briefings, analysing data to inform policy calls, delivering training on a variety of subjects and researching and responding to consultations.
